Randy has more than 25 years of experience as a manager in a variety of positions with the Central Intelligence Agency, including five years in working capital fund business planning and business management. He has an M.S. in Management, and is trained in Six Sigma process improvement. Randy is a certified 7 Stage Turnaround advisor, an Organization for Entrepreneurial Development consultant, a SLAPexpert with Silver Lining Limited, a 9Lenses consultant and a SCORE mentor.
